Senate passes bill allowing states to tax online sales
Mon May 6, 2013
In reply to: I'm just a Bill too #34 It won't apply retroactively. But if you do not start collecting taxes after the bill's activation date, then you are hosed.
'Blindsided' states fear loss of health care aid
Fri May 3, 2013
I too would like to know why you won't be able to get it in 2014, as "pre-existing condition" will no longer be a legal excuse to turn you down, your job will face fees if they don't offer you affordable care, and you will qualify for stipends if you cannot otherwise get insurance...
Police: Drug runners use magnets to clasp pot to unsuspecting woman's car

Transgender woman banned from Idaho grocery store over restroom use
Sat Apr 13, 2013

Police: Disabled Wal-Mart customer guns down manager over service dog
Wed Mar 20, 2013
She did not say he trained the dog; she only speculated about how the dog was treated. Regardless, are you seriously defending the guy who SHOT someone in the stomach just for asking him to put a leash on his dog in a public place?
NASA's Mars Curiosity rover revived after glitch – and readied for science
Tue Mar 19, 2013
Aren't there designated arenas for such irrelevant religious/anti-religious attacks? Oh, there's not? Ok then, carry on stirring drama on any article slightly related to science. There... see how my sarcasm kinda didn't make you want to side with me? Clearly, using sarcasm and insulting others' b …
Hardest part of deflecting killer asteroid? The politics
Mon Mar 18, 2013
Excellent article. I hope the Russian meteor was enough of a wake-up call to get the ball rolling on this international effort.
